Refund Policy

eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, so please read this before you buy.

Not eligible for a refund

Once an eSIM has been delivered, we can't refund it because your phone doesn't support eSIM, because you changed your mind, or for any other reason on your side. Please check that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchasing.

Eligible for a refund

If there's a problem on our end — the eSIM doesn't activate, the data doesn't work as described, or something else has clearly gone wrong with the product — we'll issue a refund. For plans with a fixed data allowance, the refund is prorated based on how much data you actually used; for unlimited plans, it's prorated based on how many days you actually used.
